GRP Kerb
- Standard sizes only
- Supplied insulated as standard
- Often used in areas where high humidity is likely
- Most commonly used for circular units
Metal Kerb (aluminium or steel)
- Galvanised steel and aluminium offer excellent flexibility in terms of shape, height and angle of splay
- Can be insulated
- Custom made to specific sizes
- Rarely used in domestic applications
- Not recommended for use in a non-insulated form
Skylight Ventilation
Stardome skylights provide ventilation, refreshing the air supply through extraction of old, stale air. There are many different skylights available. Performance levels differ from product to product, as displayed in the table below.
Skylight Mechanical Ventilation
Under certain circumstances a more assured form of ventilation may be needed, where quantifiable air exchange performance is required. In these instances, a power fan can be fitted to the skylight unit.
