Free delivery is available for custom-size skylights and all orders within the London M25 area and to selected UK postcodes. For your convenience, we offer Nationwide Delivery and a Next-Day Delivery Option.

Our own fleet of delivery vehicles and friendly, dedicated drivers are committed to making your delivery experience seamless. We can deliver your order directly to your home or business at a convenient time, carefully unloading it. Additionally, we work with a network of professional and trusted transport partners who specialize in handling fragile and delicate items like skylights, ensuring safe and secure delivery. When placing your order, you can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs.
Delivery Options

Standard Delivery
Get it in 3-6 working days
All orders within London M25 and selected UK postcodes. We deliver Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm.

Next Day
Delivery
The orders received until 12:00pm can be delivered on next working day. There is an additional charge.

Local Pickup
From Our Warehouse
You can pick it from our warehouse on this specific time: Monday to Friday between 8am-3pm.

Custom Size Skylights
Free of charge delivery. Usually takes between 3 to 6 weeks to be made and shipped over to UK.

General Returns & Exchanges
At Skylights.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please note the following:
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise, unless the item is defective.
Return shipping costs in both directions are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days once the returned items are received at the Skylights.co.uk warehouse.
Skylights.co.uk is not responsible for any labour or installation costs incurred as a result of incorrect or defective products.
Damaged Shipments
If your order from Skylights.co.uk arrives damaged:
Thoroughly inspect the package before accepting the delivery.
If any damage is visible or suspected, please refuse the shipment.
Contact Skylights.co.uk immediately, and we will do everything we can to rush a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
Before Placing Your Order
To avoid unnecessary returns and charges:
Please double-check all measurements and specifications before ordering.
We strongly recommend consulting with your roofer or installer to ensure you select the correct product.
If you purchase the wrong size or product, we will need to cancel and refund the entire order. In this case:
A transaction fee of up to 5% will be deducted.
If your order has already been dispatched, the return shipping fees will also be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of the items arriving back at Skylights.co.uk.
Eligible Items for Return (within 15 days of purchase)
The following items may be returned to Skylights.co.uk for a refund if the return request is made within 15 days of purchase:
Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packaging
Defective merchandise
Items that were mispacked or incorrectly shipped
Merchandise that has not been installed
Custom Orders
Please note that:
Custom-made skylights or bespoke products cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all specifications, measurements, and details before confirming a custom order.
