Free delivery is available for custom-size skylights and all orders within the London M25 area and to selected UK postcodes. For your convenience, we offer Nationwide Delivery and a Next-Day Delivery Option.

Our own fleet of delivery vehicles and friendly, dedicated drivers are committed to making your delivery experience seamless. We can deliver your order directly to your home or business at a convenient time, carefully unloading and assisting you in moving it to the desired location. Additionally, we work with a network of professional and trusted transport partners who specialize in handling fragile and delicate items like skylights, ensuring safe and secure delivery to your door. When placing your order, you can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs.

How it Works?

Inspection and Storage

Once you receive your skylight, inspect it for any sharp edges or damage that could pose a risk during handling. If there are any signs of damage, please return immediately with the driver. Please store skylights in their original packaging before installation on a clean, flat surface.

Exchange or Return of Goods

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise unless it is defective.
Skylights.co.uk is not responsible for labour costs incurred as a result of installing wrong or defective parts. If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, please inspect the package thoroughly. If the contents appear damaged, please refuse the shipment. We will do everything we can to rush a new order to you. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 working days.

Before placing an order, please ensure you have chosen the correct unit size and consulted your roofer in advance. If you have purchased the wrong size(s), we will have to cancel and refund the whole order. In this case, we will deduct up to 5% transaction fee, and in cases when we have already sent your order, we will also deduct the return shipping fees. Please remember that refunds are processed within 10 working days after units are returned to our warehouse.

The following items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase:

  • Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
  • Defective merchandise.
  • Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
  • Merchandise that has not been installed.
