It offers straightforward installation and boasts a unique design. Glass panels can be effortlessly installed from within using an M5 hex key and an electric screwdriver, ensuring precise alignment. With a strength of up to 4kN pressure when paired with standard toughened laminated glass, SV70UT exceeds expectations as a balustrade system, establishing itself as the preferred choice in the market. Durability is of utmost importance to us and our clients. That’s why we opt for stainless steel fasteners in the components responsible for adjusting and securing the glass. Additionally, we incorporate a unique plastic blend with a high glass content and notably superior UV protection compared to conventional materials. Our rubber seals are crafted from exceptionally durable EPDM rubber, offering the highest level of UV protection available.

Delivery Times:
- Standard Size Flat & Pitched Skylights: Typically delivered within 3 to 6 working days.
- Custom Size Orders: Production and delivery to the UK take approximately 3 to 6 weeks. Delivery is free of charge.
- Roof Lanterns: Delivered within 10-14 working days from the date of order.
- Framed Skylights: Delivered within 10-14 working days from the date of order.
- Electric Opening Skylights: Delivered within 10-14 working days from the date of order.
- Walk-On Skylights: Delivered within 10-14 working days from the date of order.
- Skylight Blinds: Delivered within 10-14 working days from the date of order.
Delivery Hours:
- Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm.
Once your payment has been processed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Placing an Order: To view delivery costs, please add your desired products to the cart and enter the shipping address.
Delivery Areas:
- Within London (M25): Our dedicated drivers ensure safe delivery. Please ensure that you or your builders are present to accept the delivery, as our drivers work alone and the vehicles are pre-loaded.
- Outside London (M25): We utilize an external shipping network. The courier will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time.
- Extra Economy Shipping: Available for all areas except Northern Ireland and Scotland. In rare cases, delivery may be to a local depot if suitable vehicles are unavailable.
Important Notes:
- Many of our products are heavy, ranging from 10kg to 280kg. Depending on the size and weight, additional help may be required for unloading (2-6 people).
- We are not liable for any damage during unloading. It is the customer's responsibility to manage this process.
- If no one is present to receive the delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via phone, text, or voicemail. If contact cannot be made, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
