- Custom Size Orders: Production and delivery to the UK take approximately 3 to 6 weeks. Delivery is free of charge.

Delivery Hours:
- Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm.

Placing an Order: To view delivery costs, please add your desired products to the cart and enter the shipping address.
Delivery Areas:
- Within London (M25): Our dedicated drivers ensure safe delivery. Please ensure that you or your builders are present to accept the delivery, as our drivers work alone and the vehicles are pre-loaded.
- Outside London (M25): We utilize an external shipping network. The courier will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time.
- Extra Economy Shipping: Available for all areas except Northern Ireland and Scotland. In rare cases, delivery may be to a local depot if suitable vehicles are unavailable.
Important Notes:
- Many of our products are heavy, ranging from 10kg to 280kg. Depending on the size and weight, additional help may be required for unloading (2-6 people).
- We are not liable for any damage during unloading. It is the customer's responsibility to manage this process.
- If no one is present to receive the delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via phone, text, or voicemail. If contact cannot be made, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
