Firstly, we have our own fleet of delivery vehicles and friendly, helpful drivers who are committed to getting your skylights to you in perfect condition. We can deliver your order directly to your home or business at a time that suits you. Our drivers will carefully unload your order and even help you move it to the desired location. Alternatively, we also offer TPN Connect delivery services. TPN Connect is a trusted delivery network that specializes in handling fragile and delicate items, like skylights. They work with reputable courier services to ensure that your order is delivered safely and securely to your door. When you place your order with us, you’ll have the option to choose the delivery method that works best for you.

      Exchange or Return of Goods

      A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.
      Skylights1.com is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. If your shipment arrives and appears damaged please inspect the package thoroughly and if the contents appear damaged please refuse the shipment. We will do everything we can to have a new order rushed out to you. Return ship fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 working days.

      Before placing an order, please make sure that you have chosen the correct unit size and have consulted your roofer in advance. If you have purchased the wrong size(s), we will have to cancel and refund the whole order. In this case we will deduct up to 5% transaction fee and in the cases when we have already sent your order, we will also deduct the return shipping fees. Please keep in mind that refunds are processed within 10 working days after units are returned to our warehouse.

      The following items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase:

      • Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
      • Defective merchandise.
      • Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
      • Merchandise that has not been installed.

        Yes. This unit is designed for pitched roofs between 6° and 45° and is compatible with both tile and slate. We also supply flat roof options separately.

        What’s the U-value and how energy efficient is it?

        Our triple-glazed models offer U-values as low as 0.9 W/m²K (whole unit), helping you meet Part L regulations and reduce heat loss.

        Does it come with self-cleaning glass?

        Yes. All our skylights come with self-cleaning glass as standard to reduce dirt buildup.
