Free delivery is available for custom-size skylights and all orders within the London M25 area and to selected UK postcodes. For your convenience, we offer Nationwide Delivery and a Next-Day Delivery Option.

Standard orders are received in 5-10 Working Days unless on back-order.

We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time once payment has been made.

Our drivers deliver all of our items within London (M25) to guarantee the safe arrival of our products.

Please be aware that as our drivers are alone and are pre-loaded in our warehouse, we will require you or your builders to be onsite to accept our products on all orders.

For orders outside of the M25, we use an external shipping network. Once an order is sent, they will call you to book a delivery time. 

We deliver between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (sometimes delivery can be delayed due to traffic up to 8 p.m.). We can give you an hour or two notice on the day of delivery, but we cannot guarantee a specific time or offer a strict timeslot.

The Extra Economy Shipping options work for all areas except Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Some of these companies may not have the correct vans in place, so they might not be able to deliver to your door. We might have to ask you to pick it up from the local depot (usually within a 20-minute drive), but this is rare.  

Most of our products weigh a considerable amount, varying from 10kg to 280kg. Therefore, depending on the size and weight of your product, it may need more than two, four, or even six people to unload.

We will not accept liability for broken skylights during the unloading process, as it is the customer's responsibility to organise this process.

In the event that the customer does not attend the delivery appointment or no one is there to accept your product, we will try and contact you via phone and text, and voicemail before our driver leaves your delivery address.

If no contact is made, we will have no option but to return your product to our warehouse.
