At Regal Glass Group, we offer free delivery on:

  • All custom-size skylights

  • All orders within the London M25 area

  • Selected UK postcodes

Nationwide & Next-Day Delivery

To make your experience as smooth as possible, we offer:

  • Nationwide delivery across the UK

  • A Next-Day Delivery option (subject to availability)

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard orders are delivered within 3–6 working days, unless the item is on back-order.

Once your payment has been received, Regal Glass Group will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.

💡 To calculate your delivery cost, simply add the products to your cart and enter your shipping address.

Important Notice Before Delivery

Please do not book cranes, equipment, or labour until your delivery date is confirmed, as Regal Glass Groupcannot take responsibility for any scheduling conflicts.

Deliveries Within the London M25 Area

  • All deliveries in the London M25 area are handled directly by our in-house delivery team to ensure the safe and secure arrival of your products.

  • As our drivers work solo and vehicles are pre-loaded at our warehouse, we ask that you or your builders be present onsite to assist with unloading.

Deliveries Outside the M25

  • For addresses outside the M25, Regal Glass Group works with a trusted external courier network.

  • Once dispatched, the courier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to traffic up to 8:00 p.m.

While we can provide a 1–2 hour notice on the day of delivery, we unfortunately cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or specific timeslot.

Shipping Restrictions & Notes

  • Extra Economy Shipping is available across the UK excluding Northern Ireland and Scotland.

  • In some rare cases, if couriers do not have suitable vehicles to access your property, you may be asked to collect your order from a local depot (usually within a 20-minute drive).

Product Weight & Unloading Responsibility

Our products are heavy, ranging from 10kg to 280kg. Depending on your order, 2, 4, or even 6 people may be required to unload safely.

🔧 Regal Glass Group is not liable for any damages caused during unloading. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange sufficient help for unloading on site.

Missed Delivery Protocol

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via phone, text, and voicemail.

If we are unable to make contact, the delivery will be returned to the Regal Glass Group warehouse and a new delivery will need to be arranged.
