With the exception of sale items, products listed on internet auction sites, items sold by a private individual or a regular retailer and items delivered abroad (i.e. outside the UK).

With the exception of custom-made and made-to-measure items that are manufactured specifically for a customer, as well as services such as installation.
Products ordered via the payment method "buy now, pay later" are excluded.

In principle, we reserve the right to limit and deliver the quantities customary for consumers. In the event of a best price adjustment, any discounts granted will be offset against the best price and not added together, depending on the payment method.
